Participation in the shared experience is confirmed separately from your hotel stay.
This allows us to design the rhythm, scale, and intimacy of the days we’ll be sharing together — thoughtfully and with care.

Spaces are limited, and early confirmations help us design something spacious, thoughtful, and unhurried for everyone.

The experience contribution supports the shared experience across 28–31 March.
This covers:

Planning, logistics, communication, and the creation of this website
- On-site coordination and hosting throughout the experience
What this does not include:

Meeting room

Tea and coffee during our shared sessions

Gala Dinner
These will be paid on-site to the hotel.
Optional elements (such as personal excursions or independent meals) are chosen and paid individually.
